  • Choose a Date and Time

    Pick a date closest to the day of your event. Our days of collection are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, between 10 AM to 5 PM, right before your event. However, if you want us to deliver the decor directly to your venue, then we will do that only on Thursday between 10 AM to 4 PM.

  • Add Your Contact Information

    Share your contact details with us so that we can share the quote with you. Besides, we will use this to share updates regarding the stock and availability of delivery.

  • Get a Quote

    Next, we instantly share a quote with you that comes with a complete breakdown of cost. After that, it's all up to you whether you will accept the quote or not.

Once you accept the quote, you will have to move towards making the payment. Then a contract is created. However, remember that a contract is only confirmed after the booking form is digitally accepted and also returned to Opulence Events with the deposit.

Next, you will have to pick the decor items that you have for decor hire. You will be required to collect the items at our specified time; anytime earlier than that won’t work. After that, you will have to drop back the items to us on the Monday following your event.

Please note that all boxes and packaging that come with the items during the decor hire must also be returned to us. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the goods' retail value. You will have to pay additional charges if you fail to return the items on the specified date.
